What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

Some thoughts as I read through this thread…

I want my coffee center of the earth hot, the second it’s less than scalding it’s too cold and I don’t want it. But if I’m drinking iced coffee I want it as cold as possible.

Bacon that’s crispy but not so crispy it crumbles. I don’t like flabby fat.

These time cards are a pain in the ass. Why do I need 15 different codes for everything I do? Micromanagement to the extreme.
 
I like it all... well.... I don't care for limp bacon... I mean... really??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Some things just really are best enjoyed when they are far from limp.

I am thinking I absolutely agree with you.

I like moist tasty bacon, not too crisp and definitely not limp. Limp bacon is a bridge too far. Somewhere in the middle suits me.

Turns out after all that thinking about lunch I went to the bank to get money, got gas and completely forgot to stop and pick up lunch.

So now I am thinking about soup and bacon and not happy about it.

Chewy... lightly crispy. I do not want crunch crunch
 
thick cut bacon, air fryer, 5 to 6 pieces so not overlapping, 10 mins at 360 degrees, flip, 6-7 more mins, let rest 5 mins or so...perfect chewy crispy bacon.
I've been doing thick cut bacon in the oven with some dry rub on it....omg
