It's like a fourth of the power is on one or two of my lights work, but no appliances work. It seems like a trickle. I had to turn off the fridge because it was popping going on and off.

Yeah, that’ll kill the compressor, so good call. At least it’s tying to come back up. But I’d unplug anything non essential, including TVs, appliances, computers, etc. trickle surges like that can damage them

Still not full power yet. Might be a bit longer since I have isolated case. My other neighbor is the same as me. Just small current coming in.

Do y’all share a transformer by chance ?

I think several of us do, but our power line come in together between the houses, and we're the only two. Line looks ok though.

sound like y’all have lost one hot leg coming from the transformer . Which would in theory cause half of the house not to have power . And anything that was 220-240 volt only receive half power .
Hopefully they will get there soon and get y’all goin .

Yep that's exactly how it is. The side opposite of where it comes in isn't on. Appliances aren't working but a few lights are on. Fish tank bubbles run but light and filter come off and on.

The above pic is a standard 200 amp service panel that should be in your house . The red side is one leg of 120 that comes into the house from
The meter. And the blue is the other leg of 120 that comes into the house from the meter . If you look at your box you have breakers on the left and right of the box . Figure out which side is working correctly and cut all the breakers off the other side which isn’t working correctly . You may try to find an extension cord and plug the refrigerator up to a plug that you know is working correctly. And if the fridge acts wonky unplug it until the power company can get there

You could always peddle the bike faster? Waffle Houses barely closed in my area. Always a good sign.
