Here is a Story Idea.
With Vaccination Season (Flu, Covid,ect) coming, what about some vaccine that has a side effect of making males more submissive and more easily influenced by females?
Once a specific amount of time goes by, the "Vaccinated" sissies become contagious, and many females take advantage of it, turning entire towns into sissy towns.

Although for the most part it's already been happening for many years without a vaccine!

You could consider it makes them sterile, too. Perhaps when they are very young, like around the time kids get HPV shots. I'm all for it.

The side effect could have a probability of less than 100%. Since side effects in real life have widely varying probabilities, you could set the value at whatever works for the story. The split between men who experience the side effect and men who don't could have interesting ramifications for the story.

The big question this raises is what is the vaccine against? Before you have a vaccine you need to have a disease! What would be severe enough that people need a vaccine regardless of possible side effects?

Is it just that this year's annual flu shot has an unpredicted side effect? Or is there a new disease a vaccine has been rushed to prevent?

I'd make it so there's a disease that raises people's testosterone and makes them more aggressive and violent. The vaccine prevents this, but starts turning men into suggestible, effeminate bitches. Maybe even some physical changes to their bodies too: dicks shrinking, start developing tits....

That was just where I would take it. My main point was: if you are doing a vaccine story you need to start with what disease is it a vaccine for?

Otherwise, if your whole concept is "guys turned sissy from contagious side effects" then it would be less complicated just to have a sissy virus rather than a vaccine

Unfortunately because of the lack of long term testing, the side effects were never really explored. This is where the feminization or "sissy vaccine" cones in. Most of the surviving men have become feminized, as such the surviving populations have also become more female oriented. Also being that this is an erotic story, everyone's libido has been amplified. Unfortunately with most men becoming sissies, there aren't that many masculine men to fill the demands. The remaining masculine men are rounded up as lab rats and breeders. However another side effect is an extreme attraction to these remaining men from women and sissies alike. So the remaining men must be kept isolated from the population at large.

The femboys eventually are isolated and the number one priority for them is to have sex with women, which are highly attracted to the boys. Sex for saving mankind.

So why not rewrite an alternative ending to the Covid shit that happened with one of the lead researchers "enhancing" the vaccine with some special ingredient?

After all, there were no long-term studies for the Covid vaccines either, and they were still widely administered.

Then people could work to find a cure/vaccine.
