Ladies, Gentlemen, those Special Few of you on the fence, let us take a brief campaign stop to Tebow Wellstone!

That’s too bad about Ethel Kennedy. It would be too soon, but…, we still have to deal with the Wellstone moment. That actually happened in just this timeframe. It makes the Democrats terribly conflicted, it’s a Kennedy, but her son endorsed SATAN, so how do we celebrate her without putting him in the spotlight (he’s not going to be excluded from the funeral is he? The MSM is going to have to take a shot, they cannot help themselves.), but we really need this funeral and the whiff of the myth of Camelot and Glory Days, we’re just talkin’ ‘bout, Glory Days, we let them pass us by, like the wink of a young girl’s eyes…,

[voice=Michael Buffer]🤵🏻 SO-o-o-o…, Le-e-e-e-et’s get Ready to FŪŪNNNNE’RAL!!!

Because as his brother says, Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittt's Tttttiiiiiiiiiiiimmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The stars just aren't lining up for the MSM, are they?

Which outlet/pundit is going to be the first to complain that she didn't have the courtesy to wait until after the election?

This thread is yet another example of Deplorables not being able to accept the death of the MAGA cult as a political movement.

Bizarre behavior like this is just one of many symptoms.

Someday I might understand how you can be a Republican and a Springsteen fan at the same time...but not yet.
After all, most of his songs (albeit not that particular one) are about the devastation brought about by corporate greed and indifference at best, contempt at worst for the working class.

And of course, the dilemma you're talking about here doesn't really exist at all, given that most of RFK's siblings have disowned him and announced their support for Harris. But go ahead and dream on.

I am not a Springsteen fan any more than a CSN&Whoever fan.

They did, however, have hit songs that permeated the cultural weal...

Oh good lord no.

Memories are short.

Lionization will begin and guess who the recipient of her legacy is and we didn't even know it...

... like her and her policies, there's just so much that is being kept in the basement, where she was supposed to stay.

The Whataboutism is strong.

The DNC talking point memo is still being drafted; the corpse is fresh...

I guess that explains - sort of - why you think a song about people whose lives peaked with the senior prom has anything to do with a woman who led an extremely eventful life and lived to be 96. Or with some imaginary problem Democrats have with appealing to memories of a president who was assassinated before most current voters were born.

I love it when people explain to me how I think.

I'd feel better if I were paying them for their degree and office...

Damn.

Was that just the Last Walz?

Where's the life of the Party? It's become Walz-to-wall-flower...

Yeah, I love that, too. Either that, or they don’t get the reference.

Or all three.

Yes, I know. That was contrived.
