Hugs and random non-sex chat aka Our Court aka Hoes and Bros who empower each other

Thank you. As your Queen I am of course modest. But you should praise me when the opportunity arises. For your own well-being

I have a conundrum, Your Highness...
Giving you the praise you rightfully deserve, makes me feel as if I'm betraying my Lovely Domme, neglecting Her in some way...

You are correct,
I was libertarian, but now lean farther toward anarchist.... Not the bastardized version of the word that the MSM rewrote, but the original version, which means "without a ruler."
My issue with anarchy is that it can't really exist in the wild. People naturally organize themselves. Plus, the lack of a government would only mean we are ruled by the whims of oligarchs. Government will never be ideal, but IMO is the better option.

I feel the same way about capitalism and the "free market." It's not that I am anti-capitalism. It's just that a "free market" does not and cannot really exist in our real world. Applying concepts that only work in an ideal situation to real-world situations can result in a less-than-desirable outcome.

Too true. Too many theories rely on being applied to a closed system, starting from nothing
But I do think each of them are useful for thinking about how politics should actually operate

The closest thing I've ever seen to a "free market" in my 58 years of living, is the weed market and the "treetop flyers".... prior to the "legalization" of weed...

As to anarchy, I agree that we'll not see it in our lives, but (depending on one's beliefs) how many years has mankind walked this rock, in comparison to how many years we've had "organized governments" that govern over people they've never met?

IMHO, government has existed for mere seconds, on the overall timeline.

That said, IMHO, aim high, trying to shrink the behemoth beast, called DC... knowing the goal will never be attained, at least it'll be a move in the right direction.
It's akin to me setting a goal to earn $250k this year and pushing myself hard, vs a goal of $50k and slacking.
Even if I only earn $200k, not reaching my goal, it's better that reaching the $50k and stopping...

Does that not risk sliding into the idea that all government is inherently undesirable, because it’s government?

That's a definite possibility/risk, but one worth taking IMHO, especially, based upon the out of control example we now live under.
I could give SEVERAL examples of firsthand experience, though it'll take a while, likely best done via DM...
Though, much of it is public record, therefore, the names haven't been changed to protect the innocent.

PS For clarification, my "angry emoji" upthread, was regarding some SOB stalking and threatening you.... That doesn't float in my circle of people. Just wanted you to know that.

Believe it or not, I was a sweet kid... It took witnessing a lot of injustice to turn me this way. Lol

I disagree. Government has existed as long as humanity, essentially, the way I intended the meaning. I'm talking about organizing and cooperating to achieve a goal.

The scale and structure have changed, of course. And that's the nature of politics, right? We're never going to disorganize to the point government is irrelevant, unless some catastrophy basically wipes out humanity and all existing technology.

So to me, the discussion should be about what type of government best serves our needs. And we can't agree on that.

i said this in the earlier discussion the other night...the real issue is that everyone thinks they know better...we cant agree on what government bests serves our needs because each individual person looks out for their own best interest...if we all truly looked out for each other i believe the answers would be much simpler. however, as we all know...rome is the mob.

But this would require every human to be perfect… that is not reality. Yes in a perfect world that is the best. But you can never obtain this.

I missed that earlier discussion. I've barely been able to keep up with court shenanigans! Lol

Yes, and I think he acknowledged that in the last sentence, right?

i wouldnt say never, but the inherent flaws in man make it extremely difficult, also why every system that has been used greatly benefits one class of persons at the expense of another.
