Now credit where credit's due: I was never really a fan of OHMSS but over the past few years I've learned to appreciate its qualities. Really enjoyed the Lazenby doc. I think it’s easier now to appreciate what he brought to the role - physicality, vulnerability - after all the ‘Connery-blowback’ at the time. Would have loved to see him do Diamonds. ps have you seen Saint Jack (1979)? A small character part for Lazenby. He’s great in it.
