The son can hear his mother getting fucked. He’s seething with anger and jealously. He wants to break it up. But he knows he can’t because they’re keeping their sexual relationship on the down low.

It would be totally allowed. Sounds like a great story. There are plenty of these already.
I'd prefer the husband not dying - maybe he just - checks out or even better, actively condones the relationship.

He's even glad that the child is his own progeny, not some stranger's illegitimate child with his own wife, but his own genes being passed on.

Son and dad switch rooms. Dad enjoys his dalliances, affairs, and hobbies. Son is balls deep in mom's pussy every night.

Keeping the age of the son above 18 and any physical connection below that age would get you past the censorship. Maybe the Dad relocates to another country?
