Ya, um...you can't complain about eating half of anything. It could have been 'half' more worse. I went back for secondsies... :oops:

@Wat_Tyler however did you manage the 2nd half of the day at work after such a substantial lunch? wow!

my doctors think i'm doing something like the 16 hour thing to be healthy and lose weight. they simply don't understand that w/o winning the lottery (a big one, too) in order to hire staff, this is the best i can manage. add in The Hand, and there's a lot more apples w/ peanut butter and sides of Greek yogurt than before b/c their simple & i can manage them one-handed. :rolleyes:

I kind of do the 16 hr in a way, but not on purpose. I drink a shake usually for breakfast, have a couple small slim-jim as a snack and then eat a salad for lunch. I don't usually have anything after except 2 more cups of coffee when I get home.
