I was thinking of the hooker in the movie barfly.

Wat - if you’re a Bukowski fan, and I think you are, this is a must watch movie.

It’s someone autobiographical and based on his novel, Factotum.

I have a love/hate relationship with Chuck. I appreciate his ethic in sticking to his writing no matter what. He reminds me of Jack London in that regard. Jack was a better writer, but Chuck had some more variations, I think. Jack was a storyteller and Chuck could be a bit of a poet from time to time.

My coworker and I went to lunch today. We bring our lunches, so this was unusual. I had steak. It was too heavy any more. I'll try to recall not to do that any more.
