We record our sex life. Not video record. Just the statistics. We use an app and keep it relatively simple.

The goal was a few. First, we know how much sex we are having (versus how much each of us think we are having sex which is often a different number). Second, we know the type of sex we have by what is recorded. Third, its fun to talk to each other about how much sex we have and are able to back it up with statistics. Fourth, my wife brags to her gfs the amount of sex we have which gets us to have even more sex.
