I watered plants, took my girl on some walkies, and got some minor things done.

I've started a "Shit To Do" list on my phone. Seems I can't keep things in my head very well now. I do feel VERY productive when I can cross something off my list.

I grate cold (real) butter into my scones when making them. It makes them very flaky and melt-in-your-mouth.

I've been wanting to for a very long time I planned on taking a road trip while I'm off during Thanksgiving break, but my cousin's kid is getting married and there is this holiday that is getting in the way of me leaving....
