I disagree, I believe the photo takes were at the request of the families for their consumption and are not against the law. Where it goes over the line is if a political message is intentionally added or included with the photos. Other grave sites also need to be protected from exposure. The case is closed period.

The ARMY closed the case. I posted a source. The ANC employee is not pressing charges. I already agreed that Trump was wrong to politicize the event by criticizing Biden’s Afghanistan withdrawal. It deserves criticism but not at the ANC.

The real scandal is where was Biden and Harris. Biden never attempted to reach out to the families ever, Trump did.

What the mainstream media is doing to this story is a disgrace and dishonor to every member of the military, past and present. President Trump took the time and effort to honor our fallen heroes, while Biden lounged at the beach and Kamala made word salads. President Trump was invited by the families. The only reason NBC, or any media outlet, is interested in this story is because Biden and Harris could not be bothered to come and were not invited.
