When Kathy (Mrs Rj) couldn't do the physical part anymore she became a 911 dispatcher. I retired from that and returned to my original job as editor for a international publications company.

Sprouts Smoothie - Take 2

Combining two separate batches has improved the end product dramatically. First batch is a filtered water and broccoli sprout slurry. Second batch is a vanilla protein shake and frozen berry smoothie. Mix them together with a couple ice cubes and it is a lot less... green. And an easy way to pack about four servings of sprouts into a not too untasty gulp. I'll take it.
