1st time in a week my pain has been properly managed
my acupuncturist!!!

YAY!!! Good sleep is so essential! People who don't struggle with theirs have no idea!

You need to see what kind of deal you can work out with your acupuncturist!

How is theft going to be handled? My nap just got stolen by a door knocker wanting to sell me mouse and spider protection. Grrr...can I get the nap back?

You need a camera system. You can just tell them to go away from your phone without getting up!

I'm working on that! When I get back to the gym, my trainer will get me whipped into shape! I'm also going to start hiking this fall.

No, they arrange hotel or pub accommodation along the route! They do the route planning and accommodation as a package and you pay for meals.

At 71 I hiked trails in Glacier National Park. I can walk Scotland but maybe not too much of the Highlands. View attachment 2381596

IDK what Hadrian's wall entails; G is probably our best expert on that. However, I would think if you can hike in Glacier NP, you could hike just about anywhere!

No not even that. I doubt that someone who does their nails sparkly and drinks champagne will do nights under canvas no matter how glam.

PS we we do have clamping in the UK

Hey! Hey! Hey! I can sleep under canvas as long as I'm not the one having to put it up! And there's no bugs. Or snakes.

Don't we get champagne as a reward for all the walking???

Yep. My granddaughter wore a glittery dress in February. I am still tying to get it out of my car seats

I actually did both and helped judge dancers. My daughter made me do one. I did the twist with pops (friend's grampa). He won I had a great time with my kiddo. She's a goofball.

That sounds like a wonderful time!

We ended up going back to my friend's house and playing Jackbox or something like that. It was funny. All eight of us I've never played it before. It would have been a fun adult game if the kiddos weren't playing.
