Agree. I took first class from Munich to Berlin and then Berlin to Paris. Each trip was inexpensive - maybe 80
Euro.

Budapest is not to be missed. My wife is Hungarian and we saw her relatives and father’s home village. Beautiful.

And the goulash!! We brought home tons of parpika!

My great Aunt was Hungarian and she made the best goulash! And the paprika is so much better than most stuff here.

ICD is International Classification for Disease. Right now, organizations are using version 10. The ICD number is assigned according to diagnosis, disease, or findings. It's a way healthcare providers such as hospitals and Dr's are paid.

CMS is Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. It's basically Medicare and determines pay to hospitals and providers. There are standards that must be met in order to get the full pay. If the standards are not met, Medicare can take back some or all of the pay, along with penalties if warranted.

TJC is The Joint Commission, commonly known as The Joint. (Not to be confused with the hand-rolled cigarette of wacky tobacky!) The Joint Commission is one organization hospitals can contract with to inspect them periodically to see if they're meeting CMS standards. The inspections, called surveys, are rigorous and arduous. Not passing a survey can result in losing Medicare payments, so it's a very big deal. Surveyors can walk in at any time.

When I lived there (Taszar) we could get a bowl of goulash and fired mushrooms with a beer for 100 Forint. That was like 52cent 30 yrs ago!. I used to bring back the little goulash spice packs in burlap. I think we still have one left over we never used!

I tried vegetable garden here several times but the bugs kept enjoying them more than we did. I tried planting bug deterring flowers raised gardens screened gardens, but nope...I was just feeding my unfriendly bug neighbors.

Maybe bacon, but not whiskey or Klondike bars...

Veggie gardens can be tricky. Esp where it so hot.
