The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Yeah my job is boring and makes peoples eyes glaze over..... simply put I make sure doctors chart correctly so we don't get sued or in trouble by the federal government for over charging for medical stuff and at the same time make sure that we have enough money to care for old people because the older you are the sicker you are the more money we need from centers for Medicare Medicaid. These are old people that I'm working with. Like us
But someone has to do it. I'm glad you're one of the ones tackling the hard work. 🫂🫂

God I love malicious compliance!!

I've been dealing with this medical leave agency for a couple weeks now. They keep asking for additional documentation that has already been addressed multiple times...they threatened to stop paying the patient.

I get this phone call from this bitch at the agency accusing me of stalling by giving them over to MEDICAL RECORDS...ya know...where they can request all the documentation they need. Nope. So when the patient calls me crying telling me what's happening she gives me a direct fax to this bitch I decided to give her what she wanted. ....all 412 pages through her direct fax. Lololol have fun with that you miserable cvnt.
Evil! I love it! 🤣🤣

She got what she deserved... I hope they shot out of her fax machine like confetti....poor patient stuck in the middle..... right now I am educating docs on how to document and code morbid obesity..... had one doctor told me that he uses a completely wrong code because that's how he gets paid. My response to him was well it's wrong. The codes are ______ (and I told him what they were). I also told him what his morbid obesity prevalence rate was, it's 0.4 and the goal for the year is 13. So I've told leadership but they don't seem to care. Other providers have really stepped up to the game. Especially my providers in the south, because they're an Appalachia and I straight up tell the statistics and everything else and then I go in for the punch of these people deserve to get care and they need help. The problem is there aren't good resources down there to access and meds are EXPENSIVE!!! I think they get it and they have been improving. Compliance makes every sphincter that I have clench. What people find okay versus what really is okay I never really quite get it. I am a nurse can I ask what you do? You don't have to be specific
You know you can report the Dr to CMS, right? What he's doing is called fraud and abuse. CMS will claw back what he's been paid plus penalties.

Totally right, Humpday! An Interrail/Eurrail pass is a great way to travel between all the hotspot in different country’s in Europe
Agree. I took first class from Munich to Berlin and then Berlin to Paris. Each trip was inexpensive - maybe 80
Euro.
Our Euro brothers can correct me if I’m wrong, but a EuroRail pass for when you reward yourself. That way you can knock out a chunk of Europe. Don’t forget Budapest. It’s like Paris-East. Lived there on and off over five years. It’s not to be missed!
Budapest is not to be missed. My wife is Hungarian and we saw her relatives and father’s home village. Beautiful.

And the goulash!! We brought home tons of parpika!
