Per Miss_K's instructions and a tweak or 3, I cooked this stuff to death, like my St. Paddy's cabbage with borned beef. The only raw cabbage I do is cole slaw.


I haven't had a roomie in eons.

I was talking about my first roommate at 18-22. We lived in the ghetto in Tampa in a studio apt with a loft (which was really cool because it had a bolted ladder). She was lesbian, so I lived 4 or 5 years of my life where everyone thought I was lesbian too. Thankfully I had my tall German from my stories in my thread at the time or it would have been a lonely 5 years.

And up until 3 years ago, I had one for 27 years

I considered a long term room rental. After one 30 day rental, I decided never again. There was nothing wrong with the renter, I just did not like the idea of someone being in the same house as I am. I guess I’m just getting older.
