The best season is the fall with colors. It feels like fall this week. It’s down in the lower 50s this morning.

We will be in the 90s again here in Tampa area. Water temp is almost perfect in the Gulf. It is too damn humid most of the time.

The snowiest places in Michigan are in the northern parts and the far west where they get lake effect snow. I in the south east and it varies. I used to cross country ski but not so much in the last 20 years.

Our winter is 85 one day and the next day have a touch of 50 and then the next day is back to 85. We locals call it our bipolar winter weather. It lasts a few months at most. One day I will move more north

I would just have to get in the habit of wearing shoes most days that cover my feet

Good morning Lit friends.

Last winter was unusually warm. A normal winter is snowing and cold. And snow depends on where you live and direction of the winds.

My best bud lives in NW Wisconsin. Winters there are brutal. He had open heart surgery last FEB and it was the warmest winter on record. They had to cancel the big international cross country skiing event.

I went out there to help him out.

No snowmobiling. Almost no ice fishing. It was weird!

There have been several months that have been "the hottest on record". Ocean temperatures are high. Global warming is upon us IMHO, sorry to say.

I don’t think i could love in FL. Maybe in January and February!!

We do usually go to FL or AZ in the inter for a week. It really helps!

I do have one of those sunlamps. And I take vitamin D and I get outside as much as possible in the winter. It all helps.

If given the chance, I would not have moved to FL. I miss the change of seasons.

I took today and tomrrow off.

Wife and I were going to go to the nude beach at Sandy hook. It’s not exactly a nude beach day. Foggy and really humid.

But the tree guy said he was gonna do work on a tree at one of the places I maintain, so also need to be there.

And of course, my Mom is gonna move to a rehab soon (damn drinking, jk) I need to be ready for whatever happens this week.

I’m supposed to work out of Philly office on Wednesday so we’ll see….

We decided to go after the tree guy does his thing.

It’s really foggy where we are.

But supposed to be 82 and partly sunny later there. We’ll also hit our favorite restaurant, Bahrs Landing right at the base of Sandy hook. It’s a great place for a meal and overlooks the bay and the ocean.
