Thank you all for the kind words. 3 cold packs and a mild coma later and I do feel better. Not in the clear yet, but better. Self-care will continue. Eat the foods I should eat and avoid the ones I need to avoid. Plus lots of healthy fluids.

I would like to point out how miraculous it is that I can relatively cheaply have all of this fresh fruit any time of year.

Food deserts are real. I'm lucky to have fresh fruit and veg year round. "Cheaply" is in the eye of the wallet holder. Cherries have slowly been inching up as the summer winds down. I have 1 or 2 more shops before their price will double, then quickly do so twice more. Cherries are a summer luxury in my area.

Totally random topic. Mostly because I’m a tangentizer.

They used to play the worst fucking MUZAK imaginable in the break rooms, cafeteria, and bathrooms at work. I mean just shit. It may be want to poke my eardrums out.

We’re getting ready to move offices, and so a lot of senior execs are not even here anymore. I happen to know the head of facilities, so asked her to change the radio/spotify station.

So this week, while taking a piss, it’s giving me great pleasure to hear the kinks, The Who, and the Rolling Stones instead of god-awful Muzak.

That is all.

Our yard is more of a park, and also has huge rabbit population. I would love strawberries and lettuce if we could manage it.

So riddle me this I have 28 practices and I have to give one education session per quarter so January February March is a quarter that means the goal should be 28. Tell me why leadership made the goal 36. How in the holy s*** did they come up with 36. I don't even know how that's possible.

Good night everyone. It’s been a busy day here. As it rained heavily for most of it I was in all day. Mostly I was doing community paperwork. Once that was done I got some ammunition loaded for the hunting season. Still more to do but that will get me started.
