I told my students I never wrote a 40 page care plan the night before on each of my patients. I was expected to know stuff when I walked in the door and think on my feet. That's how I prepared them.

As long as they are driven enough to keep them healthy just keep them is my advice!I bought mine in 2017. It only has 14K miles on it. I just don't drive as much now that I'm retired.
My husband's truck, an 09 Avalanche, has about 16K miles on it. He was declared legally blind 6 months after I bought it for him as a birthday present.The state took away his DL so it became my truck to drive. Again, not driven enough. It's a beautiful truck, tho. I've had lots of offers to buy it but I don't want to get rid of it.
So, for now, I try to alternate vehicles.
