Care plans.....shiver...the horrorIn Nursing school, students have to write care plans on patients. They can be massive tomes, horrible to write, worse to grade. I didn't require my Senior Baccalaureate students to write them. Instead, they had to talk to me and answer questions I had about their patients.
My students and I both loved it. Not one of my students failed to pass their board exams!
