The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Hey so anybody else off tomorrow? Did y'all see the Cyclist Kristen Faulkner Won Olympic Gold Just 7 Years After She First Started Biking
She’s the first American woman to top the podium in the event since 1984.... That was an amazing race.

I love trying to read electrical schematics to see if I can figure them out. I had to walk around a plant once and follow the potable water system and map it out. They didn't have any and couldn't figure out why they were losing pressure. I took a blank sheet and just drew lines, connections etc.. Having to get on the industrial size tanks freaked me out a bit. You don't realize how big they are. Then I had to transfer my drawing to a program. That was pretty cool.
That is seriously fucking impressive!!

3 hours later, actually almost 4 and half since I left my house, am I home! I had to go in dressed like I was. I did not like that. SoooooooooooooooooooooMaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad
I am weird. I go early. Usually 10 on Sunday so I can check out with booze. No pickup or delivery. Just straight up dealing with aisle assholes.

As long as I don't need "counter service" (i.e. deli, etc.) I typically do same - early or late. But - I don't always have the energy or ability to do it all. I tried the cart shop a few days ago but even with the brace on my hand (tendonitis) it was brutal. So pick up it is for me.

I especially liked shopping late because there were more visible workers (stocking) and fewer customers in the aisles.

In my years going, I have never had to wait that long. Once I was inside to get my stuff, I found out that they were backed up since yesterday. Probably everyone trying to get hurricane supplies. I needed creamer is the ONLY reason I had patience and they didn't even have my kind. I had to get another brand :cautious:

I do a couple deli or butcher items and usually I am in and out within an hour. I really dont mind grocery shopping. Sometimes meal planning is a pain in the dick but not as bad as trying to figure out at 630pm on a Thursday.
