Agreed discs are a quantum leap better and simpler than drum .

I do have a raft of drum brakes around here, and I'm sure I don't have a star wheel adjuster gizmo. Now I'm wondering if I can still get shoes for these old cars or if I have to have the old ones relined. Good think is, here Out West, there are a lot of hot rodders, so there are people still doing old school shit for old ass cars.

I was just thinking if i had any drums left. Boat trailer but I'm thinking I'll get rid of those this year lol. I didn't mind the drum but it's a bit more involved and more care on the setup.
Enjoy the disc replacement sometimes a garage and a tool is therapeutic.
