The only issue with any of that rolling stock is, no Ferguson hitching apparatus on any of it.


Also, it's be a real bitch getting the steam tractor stuck in the south 40.

There are solutions for every problem if you drink enough beer and think about it.

Personally, I think it'd be cool as all hell to mow the lawn with one of those. Engineering a small scale constant steam generator to replace the actual boiler shouldn't be too difficult. You wouldn't need all that much steam if the cylinder is small. You don't really need much HP for a ride on mower so a small cylinder would work.

Fabbing up a hitch for the accessories is easy for anyone with a welder. Sans a welder, find a buddy who welds and drinks beer.

Ford 8n that I'm rebuilding for one of my clients (I do so love old iron).... and "anvil rifles"...... and old Detroit muscle...and old weaver mark 1 scopes in 4 power.... and cast iron cookware..... and flintlock muskets......and old school model building......

Well, while I was out finishing off the pasture on my 72YO 20HP flathead four, it dawned on me that one could fashion something like a Ferguson hitch. I'm guess that an add-on hydraulic system would also be necessary. Around here Ou West, coal wouldn't be that hard to come by, so a boiler full of Carbon WaterTM and a firebox full of coal and there should be Rollin' Coal while grooming the vegetation.


No shortage of torque with a steam engine, either.


Wat doesn't drink beer any more, but unlike the delicate Lit PB poster Libturd, he doesn't shun those who do.


A quick break, some water, and then off to the next field.

The 8N has cut the side of the pasture where the anvil rifles will be shot. We have a few anvil (think "straight 8") cars around here, too.

U.S. District Judge Peter Sheridan ruled people in New Jersey can use the Colt AR-15 “for use of self-defense within the home” but did not rule on the use of any other prohibited semi-automatic firearms.

Sheridan suggested the other two branches of government could do more to solve gun-related violence and chided the “reckless inaction of our governmental leaders to address the mass shooting tragedy afflicting our Nation.”
