In this case, the authorities in Britain are withholding the identity of this terrorist for some reason and it isn't too hard to figure out. Given you seem quite misinformed, I'm British and would gladly elaborate on what's actually happened.

So, on Monday evening a 17 year old stabbed 3 girls to death and wounded several others. There was then quickly what essentially amounts to a conspiracy theory spread that the attacker was a Muslim immigrant who had recently arrived in the area. That is not true. The perpetrator was Axel Muganwa Rudakubana, who was born in the UK in 2006 (so not an immigrant).

The aforementioned conspiracy theory led far right members connected to the EDL and Tommy Robinson/Steven Yaxley-Lennon to start rioting and their efforts were mainly trained on the mosque because they believed the perpetrator to be Muslim.

Two things here. One, his identity wasn't immediately revealed because there are protections against under-18s being named in cases in the UK. Y'know, to protect children. Those protections were overriden in this instance, maybe so folks like you wouldn't continue making baseless accusations. Two, afaik the attack isn't being treated as a terror incident, thus he is not a terrorist. A despicable piece of shit, yes, but a terrorist comes with a specific charge against them.

He was a Rwandan and it doesn't matter one fuck whether or not he was born in the UK. Or whether he was Muslim. Or whether he was a terrorist. He's symptomatic of the shit-show that mass migration is, and this shit-storm is a mere symptom of what's coming down the pipeline. It ain't getting any better. You sort this shit out and deport them all or you Balkanize, fast. This is exactly what happens with mass immigration, legal or illegal. Unless assimilation happens, you get this. For decades, the UK has been a leading indicator of the evolution of western societies. Major cultural and political changes often appeared there first, or in exaggerated form.
