I feel your pain. Couldn't sign in on meeting called the support number twice... no help. Have another meeting tomorrow their response just call back tomorrow..... what so I get no help tomorrow too... then I noticed on the meeting it said July 30th with "yesterday".... well today is July 30th was she even there? I have zero patience regarding this bs..... this is like person 94 that I have made appt with.... you cashed the check mfer... show up... it was a doc appt and they make you pay in advance..... well I better stop there ...they already made me cry...some days life is just f ing hard qnd I am tired of being tough

Hun, try to relax. We know it's frustrating, and in the long run it's a small bump in the road. And it may take time,and effort but you will get through it. And we will be right here with and for you.

You don’t need to be tough all the time. There is nothing wrong with crying, it both lets the emotions out and tells people how you are really feeling. Sending transatlantic hugs @Missk_2022.
 
My friend found out that her dog (a Schnauzer) could hardly hear, so she took it to the veterinarian. The vet found that the problem was hair in the dog's ears. He cleaned both ears, and the dog could then hear fine. The vet then proceeded to tell Andrea that, if she wanted to keep this from recurring, she should go to the store and get some "Nair" hair remover and rub it in the dog's ears once a month.
Andrea went to the store and bought some "Nair" hair remover.
At the register, the pharmacist told her, "If you're going to use this under your arms, don't use deodorant for a few days."
Andrea said, "I'm not using it under my arms."
The pharmacist said, "If you're using it on your legs, don't use body lotion for a couple of days."
Andrea replied, "I'm not using it on my legs either. If you must know, I'm using it on my Schnauzer."
The pharmacist said, "Well, stay off your bicycle for at least a week

One place I worked we had large coffee pots. One for regular and one for decaf. Somebody got regular in the decaf and one girl that drank it couldn't sleep. There was the time I switched from drinking cream and sugar in my coffee to black. I lost 12 lbs.

I wonder if I could lose 12 pounds dropping my cream :unsure:

I don't think it's worth it though. I do use almond milk creamer. Maybe that's a little better...

I switched to drinking black coffee a few years ago. The best thing I ever did. Not only did I lose a few pounds, now I don’t have to worry about having cream and sugar. Peace of mind and better health. It’s a win win!
