The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Yeah my house insurance went up too.... a lot.....

BTW I told the guy I wasn't using him to do my yard. He wanted constructive feedback so I said its best if you keep personal life and business separate.

I didn't say this but here are examples..i.e. indont want to hear about your job, your denied workers comp claim, the asshole docs who aren't doing anything to help you ... all I want to know is cost and when u can come
There is nothing wrong with that. Direct and form feedback is crucial.

And good on him for asking for feedback on why he didn’t get the job too.

I have noted a certain confusion amongst bar staff as to what constitutes pissy tea. I hope this will help. Anything darker will be politely returned unless I get a jug of half n half on the side.

Thank you
So pissy tea = weak tea? (I know, I am a stable genius)

I can give you some pointers on insurance.
I need them.... my sister and brother-in-law used to own an insurance agency. My sister got very sick so they had to sell the agency. My brother-in-law stayed on as an agent for the new company. Originally I liked this company, but they have no customer service they raise their rates willy-nilly like in 3 years my car insurance is doubled and my house insurance has gone up 50%. No claims no accidents. I did get a speeding ticket but it's the only thing on my record for 20 years. I know they did raise rates for all insurance companies which is fine I understand it I get it everything's costing more but 50% and double. And this agent he is non-communicative. My sister added her son cuz he got his license and instead of adding him he replaced her with him to shoot her around without insurance for a year and didn't know it. And he won't return her phone calls to respond to it. Anyway that's her issue. But I need to figure it all out so send me all the advice you want to give me

I’ll dm ya, but def try some local agents. And I stress a few. A good agent will understand what companies might be the best fit for you.

Even going direct. Geico, nationwide Allstate are all good. I’m partial to farm bureaus or local smaller mutual companies.

Pricing is a bear right now. Everyone is paying more. I was a USAA customer for decades but couldn’t afford them anymore. NJ Manufacturers to the rescue.

I have had njm for years. They give a check in December based on profits. And they have a network of repair facilities, with towing. Although they only cover nj and Pennsylvania I believe.

USAA partners with American modern (and a few others) for motorcycle, classic car, atv, golf cart etc insurance.

American modern is really good.

You known your turning into your parents when you start talking about insurance… (I actually enjoy those progressive commercials)!
