I'm actually pleased I behave myself in this thread. I've not thirstly hit on anyone in here. The UK thread is the same too. But, things get a little out of hand there sometimes with innuendos and double entrendes (my French spelling isn't good.)

All I do is cut it in half and then lay cut side down and slice in 1 inch or so ribbons. I try to keep as intact as possible. I lay on an oiled cookie sheet and put a little bit more on top sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake at 350° until brown and roast. I check at 15 min and judge from there. It looks sort of limp and brown on the edges when done.

After I take it out of the oven I grab what my serving in and put it in a bowl put the "gravy" on top and eat it like spaghetti..... I think it tastes good....
