Whew! Catching up in the cafe feels a little like running after OM in the mornings. 
And only lasts a brief moment...

I've had jobs that required monitoring several monitors. Some just text and others images and audio. I'm out of practice now. Takes a lot to do that for a whole shift regularly.
(*weak with milk and sugar, the way a child would drink it)
All yours, Grey. While I acquired a taste for a bit of milk and sugar in my tea during my year in Scotland, it was only a bit added to very strong tea. So color was still quite dark overall. :lol:

I hope that the apologists may get a clue and think to read a profile before the next time they DM - but I know that's unlikely. Just thankful the stuff I get is crass but not explicit and no attachments included.

Loose tea requires different tools, techniques.

American style? This is the way I see many here prepare and drink their tea when presented with a tea bag.
As OM said - glad she's found a way to still get her daily dose of coffee.
I had an aunt who lived in Mississippi. She said the same. The thought was you would feel a bit cooler after sipping hot coffee on a hot day.
The body needs what the body needs. Sorry it messed up your sleep cycle a bit. in the process.
We're all different but before I gave up caffeine I found if I "needed" a hit of caffeine, I got the best jolt from coffee, then tea (hot or iced), then soda. Have been caffeine "free" about 15 years now. Still do the odd decaf coffee or tea. Most days herbal tea. Main beverage is just plain water.

Since much of the rubber mulch is made of petrochemical materials, it's highly flammable and difficult to extinguish. That could possibly impact your policy.

It happens. I'm still digging out in some areas of my life from a medical flareup that involved some awful fatigue and a series of infections a while back. Be gentle with yourself. It can take a while to get out from under it all... and some days it may feel insurmountable. But small changes and efforts can add up to a noticeable transformation over time.
I recall watching women's volleyball years and years ago with my mom and her middle sister. All 3 of us played in school when we were younger. I was lost until they explained that the rules of the game had been changed.
