First night in a long time the puppy slept all night! I put my iPad on top of his crate facing down. And put in a YouTube video for dogs. Not sure how long it played til it ran out of power. But something worked!

I learned the concept of Pay It Forward a few decades ago, and it is, to me, the most worthwhile approach I have ever practiced. Having Some Boundaries is also important, but practicing that as gently as possible requires lots of repetitions. Sometimes, my best boundary is to walk away.

Working from home today, which is always a bit easier. No real plans for the weekend. The grass at the house doesn’t look too bad.

Punkins are not growing great this year and hoping some good specimens will be ready for the 4H fair at the end of August.

I am hoping to go plinking this weekend.

Gonna get outta bed, assemble my to do list and get a workout in today.

I got a stuffy that had a heartbeat and a pad that u could heat up in the microwave to cuddle with....... BUT had to take it away when he started to rip it apart......
