Oh and I have just made my first campaign contribution of 2024 to the Harris campaign.Without reading any posts here I will add this. I have been contacted today from relatives, friends and co-workers who are crazy excited now. Some of these people were resigned to a Trump victory and were going to just skip the election. They now can't wait to vote.
Embarrassingly weak. They're trying to start the shit, but it's off to a weak start.
Embarrassingly weak.
Like the deranged President who nominated her, She's not qualified. She another fraud being perpetrated on the American people.
That wasn't the white male donor class. That was small donations. Which is awesome.
The thing is the donor class doesn't want Kamala. That was made abundantly clear by AOC. They'll likely be forced into accepting her. Which they should. This bullshit they pulled with Biden is not appropriate.
I happily get to eat my words. Don't even need any whipped cream on them or anything.
The donor class is "reinvigorated" and looking to spend money on Harris.
This is one word meal I will relish.

Khosla first posted that an open convention could yield a candidate who could "easily" beat Trump, such as Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer or Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro — in a later post, he also called on Vice President Kamala Harris or Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear to declare their candidacy. He noted these politicians could lead the US without the nation being "held hostage between MAGA extremists and DEI extremism."
Khosla's reply is wonderfulElon Musk, CEO of Tesla, was not impressed.
"Come on, Vinod. Trump/Vance LFG!!" he replied.
"Hard for me to support someone with no values, lies, cheats, rapes, demeans women, hates immigrants like me," Khosla replied. "He may cut my taxes or reduce some regulation but that is no reason to accept depravity in his personal values. Do you want President who will set back climate by a decade in his first year? Do you want his example for your kids as values?"
In another post, Khosla tagged Musk asking if he would be "willing forgive him for trying to subvert democracy on Jan 6 and push for insurrection just to win?"
Musk did not reply to that post.

looks like the shitshow may be averted *fingers crossed* as they fall into line behind Kamala. The big donors who have been against her might not see a way NOT to back her as representing the dems come november

Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA)
"I hereby endorse Kamala Harris! That’s the tweet," said Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL).

Rep. Jamie Raskin
Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA)
Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) endorsed VP Harris, writing: "I echo the good judgment [Biden] demonstrated in selecting Vice President Harris to lead this nation alongside him, and I am proud to follow his lead in support of her candidacy to succeed him as the Democratic Party's 2024 nominee for President."
Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA)
Pramila Jayapal (D-WA)

Big hitter names on this list
Most of you who are Democrats are already bleating the Party Line. I leave you with this quote....“No one believes more firmly than Comrade Napoleon that all animals are equal. He would be only too happy to let you make your decisions for yourselves. But sometimes you might make the wrong decisions, comrades, and then where should we be?”
Welcome to Animal Farm, comrades....
