So I had an idea I got from following a certain model who likes playing wolfgirls and occasionally doing audio erotica featuring female characters who have big ole dicks.

Which led me to an idea: what if you were a werewolf but your lycan form didn’t necessarily match your sex?

For example:
Petite shy girl gets bitten walking to her dorm. The next full moon, she transforms and finds she is now sporting a muscular masculine form and an impressive cock.

Or guy gets a girlfriend who is really psyched to find out he’s a werewolf and convinces him to let her stick around when he transforms, only to find out he has a very feminine form and a vagina.

Could go a number of ways, maybe the werewolves find out more about themselves and find the sex change also has them questioning their gender or maybe they use it as a form of escapism: petite girl can now go out at night and not be scared one bit and even has sex with girls who normally would look down at her (assuming it’s a Society that accepts werewolves)

While writing my "Alien's Horny Invasion" story, I briefly thought of including a trans character who would experience a reversal of fortune. In the future in which the story took place, full gender transformation would occur in such a way that men who transitioned to women would be biological women with no trace of the former male body whatsoever. The idea was that the parasite that invaded the body of a trans woman would mutate them to a pre-operation state and their penis would regrow. I ultimately decided against it because I've met trans men and I didn't want to offend them or anyone else who transitioned, so I left it out entirely and focused on gay, lesbian, and bisexual relationships leading to a utopian universe.

If that happened on television, the TV series Bitten would have been a weird experience (given that Laura Vandervoort's character is the only woman who's ever been able to transform into a werewolf).
