Hope you’re feeling better. I have a lifelong battle with the back. The best investment I ever invested in was the TeeterLink inversion table. Yeah, the one from the little guy on late night TeeVee infomercials! Believe it or not, his IT was the highest rated table you could get at the time. I’ve since checked and other have surpassed but he still ranks in top 3-5 depending on who does the review.

Worth a look. The money I’ve saved on Docs, chiropractors, and massage therapists…oK that last ones a lie…I still dump plenty of money into my massage therapists 401(k) plan

Yeah… I got spinal stenosis - basically it is arthritis of your spinal column, and it pinches your spinal cord.

Degenerative, so it’ll never get better. But stretches and yoga help.

I keep some stuff but I wrap my kindling in them. I have hundreds of these papers.

The kid at my farm, buys and sells junk and antiques, and he doesn’t think they’re worth all that much.

I thought about one of those when I had (what I thought was) back pain. Turns out my hip was bone on bone. Fixed that and the pain went away.

I'm excited to get my farm stand this week. I am getting lettuce, carrots green onions, blackberries, a watermelon and peaches, cucumbers, a dozen eggs, green beans, bell pepper and corn.....yum yum yum
