I think that, after he's reelected, Trump needs to release everything. A total raw footage data dump of everything even remotely related to his security detail and the shooting. Not classified marks, no redaction, give us ALL of the raw unaltered information.

Protocol is to bury the body you're guarding in other bodies - bodies who are wearing bulletproof armor.

You don't move the guarded person until after the all clear is given and even then you surround them until they are evacuated and/or secured.

Protocol was followed. Other than for the 1 SS agent, who got there first from out of video frame on the left, most of the reaction was slow but protocol was followed.
