We don't think that. We understand it's frustrating and gets compounded when they are non responsive or not as knowledgeable as they should be.You guys are gonna think all I do is bitch and complain.....
Someone just said that having a provider (md, do, cnp, etc) respond to an email with a read receipt is just a lot for us to ask because the button only stats there for a minute or too.....
My response...."well we are asking for the minimum and would they rather spend 20 minutes going over the information step by step.......hahahahahahahahahahahahaha......
they were like "oh, well let's take that issue back to the drawing board" hahahahahahahaha....
