I anm in coastal North Carolina (southern accent, remember?) And yes we have a strange country right now! Just to make life more interesting, we have been in a heat wave for a couple weeks now… averaging 36-37C every day.. clothes are unnecessary.

At one point The Australian was a newspaper of very real credit and integrity. Over time Murdoch has turned it and all his "news" outlets to pure propaganda and right wing culture wars. His hold over such a large portion of the media is not good for democracy or balanced reporting. It's a sad fact that he is actually Australian, apologies to the world at large for that.
The good thing in this post is of course the reflection on the then and now as personified by the lovely Vanessa.
Looked great back then, looking as good now. Still manage to get the pulse racing and the blood heading south.
