This sets falls into the "Oh yes, I remember taking these shots" category. The lighting was perfect. I hooked up a Canon 100-400mm lens to a Canon 1D.......... and voila!

Vanessa, I have always wondered… when you are out and about, shopping, traveling or whatever, do people on the street recognize you? If not, they are really missing the thrill of being so close to a dazzling beauty! I would want a hug and a photo of us together!

Modelling is a bit of a challenge, I agree Binns, but I enjoy working on it and trying new things. I wasn't sure about trying it again after so many years and the obvious comparisons, however with your and others' encouragement I am keen to keep going. The other day I found several remote discs I used to store and backup photos over the years........haven't looked at them for yonks. So, I thought to myself, maybe a lot of people haven't seen these archive pics or, if they had, may not remember them. So, in the interest of keeping things moving, I'll select some that I think will be of interest and load them up from time to time.

It's a bit of fun for us too......like 'doing it all again'.

The pics below are straight out of the camera; I haven't edited these at all. They're originals....and all were stored on these discs. Hope you like them.....and the idea.

I should ad that this was very early in our photographic hobby, we were still learning the ropes, seeing what worked and what didn't, learning to use the cameras and make the best use of whatever was at hand. Of course, it helped [me] having the best subject to photograph.
