Anatomy question

The muscle bulge noted in the pic, is the spot I usually start off with when going down on Mrs. Royale. I'm trying to describe that muscle/tendon bulge in the story I'm writing but I'm wondering does that wonderful spot have a name?

How about “I followed the tendons of her flexed thighs leading towards …”
