Not in the slightest. I have come to really love the flavor. I make my own lavender syrup for coffee (it is the only sweet coffee I drink) and Italian sodas. And Herbs de Provence on chicken or fish is outstanding.

Lavender coffee? Say what?! It sounds like shenanigans to me. Most lavender drinks or candies I've had are too.. much.
 
With real lavender, you get these very interesting floral notes that you don't get from the fake stuff (that coffee shops use).
Thanks for sharing the breakdown on it. I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the mesh of lavender and coffee flavors though. πŸ€”
