I just had 9 meetings with 30 ish providers about morbid obesity and the importance of documenting it, coding it, and talking to patients about it. But these meetings were useful. The provider that I worked with was a medical director of a hospital that are main hospital system acquired. She is a blessing and a gem. We work so well together. I pray to God when claims come back that their morbid obesity prevalence numbers have raised I pray

Barely touched 50 today then there was the wind factor

What is shit show this afternoon was! We were going to go to the nude beach at Sandy hook.

The plan was that my wife would work early and wed go a little bit later. Makes total sense in theory..hit out favorite ocean front bar on our way home after the beach for an early dinner.

We left at 12:30, hit all kinds of shore traffic. Like not even moving. Mixed it up with a buncha BENNYs (Bayonne, Elizabeth, Newark, New York) motherfuckers.

And then we got down to Sandy Hook and it was closed ! There’s a great bar that’s right there, and I was so pissed off that I didn’t wanna go there.

Of course, we hit all kind of traffic on our way back thru bridgewater.

Wasted 10 gallons of gas and 4 1/2 hours of time . And we’re still poolside naked!

Right back where we started from!!

Vent #2: I got the rifle back together. The bolt doesn't lock back properly. What a drag that is. Like, it's not going to function properly. I'm thinking maybe something is in a bind, but also, that new op rod spring is a bitch. It may be a heavy duty spring, and we sure as Hell don't need one of those. So, I think that I shall order another and be certain that is says USGI in the description. Then we take another whack at it.

And something in the receiver bullet follower mechanism may be restricting motion. I ordered 2 new op rod springs - USGI - and I'll dig into it to see what's up. I suspect that the spring is too stiff. And I have a new spring for the other rifle, too.


I imagine that it's very simple. It's not like I've ever delved into one of these things to this depth before.

Well looking at it you can slowly work the action to see whether somethings hanging it up or as you said the springs to strong. Hopefully that solves the issue.

I was a bit long winded once.

My journalism prof routinely had students edit twice.
He told me to edit twice before showing him what I had. After that we typically did the "edit twice"... okay, sometimes 3 times before he said it was ready.

He would likely have me edit the above to read: Me? Always

Yeah, old rifle, but the redoing it is new to me. And I have this book to go by, but I did give it a cuss trying to figure out the magazine well assembly. And as I have said, these rifles are a very fiddly design.
