i actually remember when MHRC were vaguely helpful. We now have a "delays at hmrc" category at work for stuff

I guess they need the money to build all the schools that will school the public school kids who can't afford to pay their fees because of the new VAT labour want to impose.

HMRC and DWP are under huge pressure to get money back... but let's not go into the political reasons!
