When my kids used to come running out of school excited that they'd made father's day cards when they were little. They sat on the mantelpiece. It was only when they were older the realization they didn't have father's in their lives and they stopped.

I can't work out what the saddest part of this is!

well, i appear to have finished a story!

i say finished, i have to go through it, correct the errors, apart from the ones i will spot when it's published and also have many many sessions of thinking it's crap.

Cracking idea... I propose the venue : @Wriggle mansion, drinks provided by @joclfc, food cooked divinely by @NorthernCardinal, I can get a band sorted easily, @Wand3rlust will lead the way on the dancefloor. Anyone else volunteering their services? Pssst...snooker table in the back for @Yesok1 . @orangecurious will be taking photos.
