Reminds me of a training course I went on. They asked me how I would deal with a colleague who was a lovely guy but completely ineffective and verging on incompetent. I suggested we put them in the HR department! Didn’t go down well as it was our ahi Director running the course.

I have a reputation for not putting up with BS.

You be you... just relax and be honest. If jobs were a mess, say the sites were somewhat difficult but handled appropriately. If bosses were ignorant say at times indepth explanations were needed to appropriately apprise of the conditions. Think of the response it will show your putting thought into any questions and you can respond with certain examples. Showing your observations, assessment, and remedies. You're gonna be great hun.

Please excuse my vanity, but I need to brag and this seems the right place for it. I, mid-60s widower, went on a date with a younger woman, (late 50s) and after drinks and dinner we went on a little walk and I kissed her for the first time. First time in over 40+ years I kissed someone who wasn’t my wife and DAMN!!!!

I feel 17 again. I haven’t been this giddy in a long time - I guess some feelings are ageless!

In other news, I think I have nailed this s'ghetti sauce thing. This stuff kicks ass!!! I just browned the sausage and added it and it's gonna simmer for 2-3 hours and then I'll give it another taste. It's a full 6 quart crockpot full.
