I have this exact problem....

Interview was for 20 minutes by phone. They'll want to do a "virtual" interview if it gets to that, and I think it will, because I'm pretty sure what she wanted to hear and that I didn't stepp on my Johnson.


Ethyl travels poorly. She's good in the car but is nervous, like she's hiding from a large predator. She doesn't eat, drink, pee or poop until she settles in. That can take a little while. TDK doesn't have those hang-ups.

I got an out-of-the-blue email from a headhunter and it mentioned an ad for a company I talked to a couple of years ago. In fact, the man's name is still in my phone. He asked me to call him back if it didn't work out. I was done with the place I was working and they had me down the road here. I was hating it and looking for something - anything. Then they transferred me Out West. So it was kinda funny to see them resurface under different circumstances.

I'm retired......i was getting so tired of the touchy feely training it was such a stress reliever just to walk out knowing i wasn't walking back in. For all of you still hard at it i feel for you and wish you emotional stability in this screwed up world where feelings override work and efficiency........

Like when it's some emotional drama/trauma (someone else's), I say "another fucking growth opportunity."

I'm retired......i was getting so tired of the touchy feely training it was such a stress reliever just to walk out knowing i wasn't walking back in. For all of you still hard at it i feel for you and wish you emotional stability in this screwed up world where feelings override work and efficiency........

I just want to finish buying out our corner of the world Out West, and maybe to bank a bit. Yeah, it's greed, but retirement is right here and I can taste it. It'll all be over with before I know it. I have cars to rebuild, rifles to rebuild, a house to build . . . you get the picture. Me stuff, not their stuff.

Four plus decades of whoring myself out for what I never considered to be enough money is more than long enough.
