I would just add to consider having two people as conservator for checks and balances. I wish we had done this in my family. My sister and her husband drained my mother's retirement and investment accounts so, by the time she died, there was nothing left. None of the rest of us ever dreamed they would do anything like that.

This morning I hear a baby crying? I’m thinking the wife is watching videos from yesterday, when we watched the granddaughter, then I feel a hand on my foot this morning at 5. It’s her and the baby. My son had to take the DiL to the hospital for kidney pain again. This happened a couple months ago. So now we’re trying to soothe a cranky 11 month old into an off schedule slumber.
As I’m typing this she finally went to sleep! On that note, the subtle beauty of the High Desert! Morning Z:

Me too. Power nap shortly as I have just had lunch and it’s 2.00. Having woken at 04.00 that’s a ten hour shift done already!

It was beyond boring. Just sat in front of the TV all day. Watched the last 5 shows of WHEEL OF FORTUNE w/ Pat Sayjak. It won't be the same w/out him. I feel the same w/ THE PRICE IS RIGHT, It's not the same w/out Bob Barker.

What all vegetables are you growing? We are still getting lots of rain here. We had our first fresh squash and banana peppers this week.
The weather man said it's cooling off today w/ a 109* because the past few days were 113* & above. LoL at the 7nday Forcast.

Gotta love desert weather. Last Jul, the daily high from Jun 30 - Jul 31 was never below 110* there were 6 or 7 days of 118* & 119*. I'd rather it be 115* over 75*. Anything below that & I'm cold. Whining like a school girl about how cold it is.
