Preying on the elderly- disgusting, dishonest and unfortunate we have relatives and con artists that do it. I have a trust and lawyer. They offer some protection against property theft. As for medical, I have a directive to help guide decisions for my daughter and son.

Lazy morning around here. ade the arrangements to get the guy paid for last night's auction goodie so he can get it shipped next week. I'm looking forward to checking that out. Straightened out the fencepost at the front of the place that Hay Boy hit with his fucking trailer he drives poorly on his way out - and he won't be asked back. And put one of the scrap post pieces from yesterday into a post hole left very close to the front corner so someone won't step in it and break a leg. That's an equine fatality averted. Got in a quality nap with TDK. She's pretty well settled in now, just in time to go back to her house.

Take the breasts off and season, salt and pepper, that's all. You can use say a garlic infused olive oil if you wanted

Absolutely right. Disgraceful. I have spent a life dealing with commercial.property and disputes. I have seen and dealt with a lot of crap, particularly death and divorce!

My children have enduring power of attorney, it is regulated by law here and registered with the govt but overseen by my lawyer. The lawyers are my executors so sort everything out in conjunction with my financial advisor.

To be honest it's to take the pressure off the kids more than anything. They no what they're getting....whatever is left when I have finished spending

Yesterday I pull up to a stop light and come to a complete stop. The car next to me who was already stopped, decided he waited long enough and drove through the red light. This is happening more often around here as I hear it from other friends. It makes you wonder about people.

They don't think the rules are for them. I live in a small village where I am a councilwoman. This year we stood up a police department. No one stopped at stop signs everyone sped through town and I mean 60 in a 35 or 55 in in a25. Going the wrong way down a one-way Street. Not to mention kids up and running around and other people's yards at 11:00 at night just ATVs zooming through fields and up and down people's backyards. A bunch of hilljack b*******. Unfortunately, until there is a financial and or legal smack on the hand that is painful, that crap continues

My city has 100,000 people. We have a budget for a police force. It’s a matter of priorities. And the city is more interested in big development these days at the expense of its safety and history.

The whole of Dumfries and Galliway is only 150,000 people in 2,482 sq miles. Our community is a few hundred people. Its why we moved here.

Same problems limited budgets and muppets in charge...and that's and insult to muppets.

Speed humps, or speed tables. Look up traffic calming program in the USA. When they hit those humps over 25 and bottom out they will slow down... my township is 26 sq. Miles. 2,200 people...

To show your open to options check with the local farmers,and motor home club. A section in the middle or the end can be left level for pedacyclists since I would think they aren't the main offenders. But at least you have options and your including others in finding a solution instead of erecting it and forcing it on the public. They may suprise you and provide options of there own.

In New jersey if a road deviation or problem is pointed out to a government entity. They could be criminally, or civilly liable for damages should an unsafe condition go unabated. Within a reasonable amount of time of course.
