You know the problem is with the age of the individuals, and signing the documents and getting proof that they had a diminished capacity could take years especially to get through the courts. By the time it gets to the courts a lot of people have passed or statements weren't obtained records get lost and a lot of times the families just walk away because there's nothing left to fight for.
Oh they have it all set up.... i would be ok with being financial but they have investments etc. I am not equipped to handle. But my sisters and I are equal we get exactly the same. If the dick in law wants the house he can by my sister and I out at fair market value. And belongings will be sold. If you want it buy it at the auction then money split equally. He (with my sisters blessing) would want all the jewelry and stuff of value for their kids ...... there is a lot more to the story. I can't stand him.... I can't even take communion at church because I despise them so much
That is why getting adult protective services involved is good. It can be quicker.....
Well believe me usually once the person passes that's when you start seeing the jewelry disappear.
And they're more familiar with it and hopefully impartial.
I dont care about it. They can have it but they will pay for it. They are rich entitled privileged pretentious snobs......
LOL those are the ones that usually grab the first. They feel entitled and throughout life they will always feel entitled but they'll really have nothing except items.
They will go after people. I have called aps multiple times. I almost got in a fight with a son who was hitting his sweet little mom in the er. He was jerking on her arm and smacking her back..... I told him that if he grabbed her arm like that again he was gonna learn what getting his ass kicked by a girl was gonna feel like. She got admitted for several days extra he got removed from the house put in jail and moved away when released..... one of my finer er moments.... usually cool headed like my mom but I have a temper like my dad fast hot and a long fuse but BANG when it goes
