Went out for breakfast. Then ran some errands. There's a new Menard's open here, so we checked it out. Seems okay. And there was a return that the landlady had. Came home two 2 attentive horses, 2 Dogs at the gate, and one dog woofing steadily in the back yard like he was onto something. He was - Alligator Snapping Turtle. He had it cornered and was being a good boy and keeping his distance. I came in and got the semi-auto 12 gauge, checked for rounds in the mag, and took care of it. Those things can be dangerous, and they're all kinds of big-n-ugly. It's the dogs' yard, not the reptile's.

Made a sandwich. Dozed off for a bit. Got a business call. Now, into work duds and out to start a 1946 Packard. Oh, and the problem tractor battery too a charge, so we may see if it'll start, too.


The second tractor has good oil pressure. I just stopped in on Monday to check its fluid levels, which happened to be fine, BTW. It has today off. I'm thinking rebuild for the other one, the one with poor oil pressure.


And I'm wanting to build a M1. I like the WRA one a lot.
