On one of her legs though, not on her neck or breasts, because she doesn't have those body parts

Interesting topic for a story! Hickeys, giving them, getting them, concealing them, flaunting them! I don't recall ever seeing a story with that theme, but I can see how it could be a fertile topic. I'll have to give it some thought.
