The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Several friends and family bullied talked me into trying both shows. I'm really not a TV person. Gimme a 📚 anytime.

Tried Friends 3 times - same episode each time.
The girls teach the boys to play poker.
IMO - unoriginal and I really don't like playing poker either.
*ducks under the table*

*whispers from under the table* I didn't like either one.
*scurries quietly to a different table to avoid potential projectiles*

I've heard of Rihanna. Probably heard some of her music, too.

Where the heck is the hermit emoji?
Woman mage? Close enough 🧙‍♀️
There is a reason several saw the same episode two three or four times. NBC pushed that damn show relentlessly! I remember because a freshly married me and my lovely bride were in Cheers withdrawal and looking for a replacement.

They advertised it hard. Then it must have underperformed because they then put the pilot on for several days after. At least four times over the next couple weeks I seem to recall. I can’t ever remember a show pushed so hard. I guess they knew they had something as it finally got traction.

FWIW, watched the first season then hard passed. Wife continued till we were deployed and never caught up.

For those of you who like a capella...
The Molecular Shape of You (Ed Sheeran Parody) - A Cappella Science
@likes2watchU Basically both homonuclear and heteronuclear diatomic molecules are bonded to each other in a straight line with them being single, double, or triple bonds, referring to the number of interacting electron pairs between the two atoms. Realizing the bonds can also be ionic, covalent, or polar covalent. Which makes sense in the song.

So, Wat and the landlady have 2 Ford 8N tractors. The first one came with a John Deere b000sh hawg attachment. We have what we call The South 40 which needs hawged. Anyway, I used the first one once and got just about done and realized that I had just about no oil pressure. So, it got parked. I bought a second one (with good oil pressure) last Spring and that's the one I hauled up yesterday. Bought it a batt'reh and it cranks right up. Dragged the old tractor out from its corner in the horse house and took(en) the hawg off'n it. I had never mess with a Ferguson hitch before. It didn't kick my ass, but I reckon there's a slightly easier way. Got it hooked up regardless. Took it across the road and went after The South 40. Maybe 30 minutes worth. It dawned on me that I should double-check the hydraulic fluid before tangling with too much more of it.

I'm thinking that we take 2 tractors and make 1 good one out of them.

I was raised on Neil Diamond, Boston, Cream, Simon and Garfunkel and others.
I like a lot Disturbed's music.
I did not like this when I first heard it, but it's growing on me.

My parents had the S&G album. I found this to be . . . profound.

Of course, I'm known to like stuff that others don't. So be it.

My son and I went to the RATM concert in NC in 2022. Fabulous!!!
